These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crab Cards web application (the "Service"), operated by Crab Cards LLC ("Crab Cards," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Crab Cards provides tools for organizing, viewing, and interacting with collectible card information. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts and Access

a. Account Creation

Access to the Service requires signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

b. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use another person's account or allow others to access the Service using your account.

c. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the account controls within the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent access controls or security measures
• Use the Service in a way that could harm Crab Cards or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

a. Crab Cards Content

The Service, including its design, layout, code, and original content, is owned by Crab Cards LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. Third-Party Content and Trademarks

Crab Cards is an unofficial, fan-made service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Wizards of the Coast LLC or Hasbro, Inc.

Magic: The Gathering®, related names, card images, mana symbols, set symbols, and other associated intellectual property are © Wizards of the Coast LLC. All such content is used for informational and reference purposes only.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. User Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle personal information.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crab Cards LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
